💪 Motivation

...so that I can migrate to PDS4 with the PDS4 labels using the .lblx extension

📖 Additional Details

⚖️ Acceptance Criteria

Given a PDS3 label
When I perform pds_generate (with a to be determined flag)
Then I expect a PD4 label with the .lblx extension
