⭐️ [Initiative] NEAR Treasury Public Beta

Background

Currently, managing treasury funds for decentralized teams and DAOs on NEAR is complex, lacking transparency, and often requires significant technical expertise. DevHub has developed a multi-sig treasury management product, initially offered as white-label solutions to a few instances (e.g., Infinex, Templar, DevDAO). Our tool addresses those pain points by providing secure, transparent, and streamlined treasury operations. Following successful alpha testing and implementation of advanced features like staking, lockups, and advanced settings based on user feedback, we are almost ready to launch NEAR Treasury as a public product, making it accessible to all users. This launch includes rebranding, a dedicated landing page, comprehensive documentation, and support resources. We will also focus on migrating existing NEAR Vault users and onboarding other interested teams.

As a decentralized team or DAO on NEAR, I want to easily create and manage a secure and transparent treasury so that I can effectively oversee our funds and collaborate with team members.

Acceptance Criteria

Product Launch

• NEAR Treasury is publicly available with its own landing page
• Users can create their own treasury instances directly through the product page
• All core features (Dashboard, Payments, Staking, Lockups, Asset Exchange, Settings) are fully functional and tested.

Marketing

• The product is rebranded as "NEAR Treasury"
• Comprehensive documentation and support resources are available on the website
• We announce the public launch (press release, social media, etc.).

Migration/Onboarding

• We outreach to users who expressed interests / any key partners
• We provide a clear migration path for existing NEAR Vault users who want to transition
• We provide onboarding materials & support to new users
