I have lots of thoughts on this—the first being that I doubt an NPS score is what we need in the first place 😂 (though it might be, staying open minded. The heart of an NPS is only one question, and it's usually the same question...not something that's gonna drive a ton of insights).
I don't know what the timeline for this is like, but my suggestion is for us to have a quick workshop with data (Spencer or Jo) and Rei, and a technical partner if possible to nail down what we're really trying to measure or track an indicator for, and what's possible for us to measure.
