Describe the bug
From Phillip Styger:

On another note, we're facing real issues from the financial accounting side because without telling us in advance, this indexer was deprecated in July, and we don't have current chain data available. It started working again during July but only caught up to 10 July two weeks ago before breaking again, and now it's just catching up again (we're at indexing 12 July now). Also other ecosystem partners face the same issues as they were using this. Pierre LeGuen from NF is looking for a solution with Pavel Kudinov, but there doesn't seem to be a quick fix for this.
As a result, our accounting team is not able to work on the monthly closing from the crypto side which has effects on the quality and timing of other reportings (i.e. to the NF council).
I wanted to make you aware of this (if you were not already), as we need a reliable, real-time solution going forward.

@pkudinov @PierreLeGuen what problems do you have that aren't solvable with other well-maintained indexing solutions? Infra Committee might be able to help but we'd need to know what the gaps are.

My suggestion to Pierre is to migrate to BigQuery public dataset with daily or hourly sync to the existing database. This way it will be much more reliable. I don't recommend building a dedicated indexer for this case to avoid maintenance.

FYI, we've started working on the solution.
