Summary

Mostly driven by the virtual offsite, this project will house tasks related to creating various RFPs needed by the Infra Committee. The goal is to advise and provide guidelines for potential infra projects.

Goals & Milestones

For each RFP:

  1. Draft RFP, get feedback, revise.
  2. Post RFP with timebox
  3. Collect proposals for the RFP
  4. Vote on proposals
