When the treasury dashboard self creation flow reach the completion step, the following actions needs to be taken

  • Create sputnikdao contract instance
  • Create web4 contract instance
  • Deploy BOS widget

The proposed solution is to implement this in a helper contract with a create_instance method that will perform all these actions.
