Shifter integration with PBSPro

Hi folks,

Just curious to know if your team expects to be adding other WLM integration options to the project. Our site uses PBSPro and a --with-pbspro=PATH in the configure options would be handy. Alternatively, have other sites manually integrated with PBSPro successfully that would be willing to share their install tips?

I think there has been some use before, but I don't have any recipes and we don't have any immediate plans. You may be able to look at the torque stuff for some ideas.

We would be happy to work with you to flesh it out. You may want to ask on the mailing list too.

It is worth noting that you can use shifter without the WLM integration. The integration can mainly help with scaling by having the environment prepped at startup.
