Allow Internet only after MFA

I try to get internet access via WGA only after MFA, how can I do that? And on the client side, I need Allowed IPs 0.0.0.0/0, 128.0.0.0/1... In the internet, I want the VPN IP to be exposed, not the client IP. At his moment I was not able to achieve this. it is possible?
