The paper mentioned in the README, seems to be no longer avaiable through the provided link (https://people.eecs.berkeley.edu/~apanda/assets/papers/osdi16.pdf).

I've been able to find a copy in the internet archive (dating from apr 23, 2024): https://web.archive.org/web/20240423145653/https://people.eecs.berkeley.edu/~apanda/assets/papers/osdi16.pdf

I can create a PR with the change if needed, but I'm not sure this would be the an acceptable new source for the paper.
