Hi there - first of all thank you for your report - unfortunately the log files and the report itself do not hold sufficient information to debug this properly, but it is most definitely occurring due to the number of files inside that archive.

I attempted to re-create this without any luck (took 30 minutes to install that mod!), but it may be connected to the user copying over files manually into the downloads folder while the dataset was being extracted.

Closing as there isn't sufficient information to pursue.
