dialect does not lead to reserved word handling (syntax view, error messages) #396

Using "ibm-strict" setting, words like "ending" are note shown as reserved words and don't generate a lsp error (or that isn't raised/visible in the default configuration).

Using that as user-defined word then leads then to a compile error with cobc -std=ibm-strict (and of course on IBM),
