Question: how to use TailwindCSS in my own plugin

This plugin is using bootstrap css and js per default.
In my project, we are using tailwindcss with specific set of brand colors, etc ...
All this Tailwind CSS is currently defined in the theme and compiled along.

I am looking at using Boxes to build the static page of the project.
How would i need to go with Tailwind CSS in that case and with their JIT compliation ?
