Add cohort counts tab in cohort diagnostics

Although you can find cohort counts from the existing cohort attrition tabs (last row) and cohort characteristics (first row), it would likely be helpful to have a tab with just cohort counts to easily compare counts for different cohorts etc.

Could merge this with attrition to be together, or could be a preceeding tab
