[feature] Move form field errors to below the field

As you can see, when filling a form, the page moves up and down due to the errors.

A common solution is to always reserve space below the field and show the error there.
It should be the same line as the character counter.

Should work on small screens (could reduce some error messages, or find some an alternative)

isuue in warning label above inputbox make it crct css so it will wrk fine

Not sure this is ready. Needs a design eye and to consider all the current forms.
