Take the DDI project https://github.com/Open-Systems-Pharmacology/Clarithromycin-Digoxin-DDI as an example. Open this simulation "Rengelshausen2003_Treatment_PO"

  1. Why is AUC_inf not calculated for clarithromycin, neither for the simulated values nor for the observed data?
  2. Why is AUC_inf not calculated for digoxin observed, and why is it 0 for simulated?
  3. The warning "Absorption is incomplete" is only shown as a pop-up. The user will not get the message if they do not hover over the problematic entry. A warning sign should be shown in the respective cell.

  1. Half-life is negative for simulated digoxin, and infinity for observed.

Is it V12? Did it change since V11?
