I have manually installed the cytoscape plugin for cytoscape 3. I am able to see the app in the list of apps.
The next step I did was to configure and add the default URL. Further I started to search the kam model and found all the 5 kam models I built. I selected one of those and gene abundance but got 0 nodes. Later on I searched with ALL as the function and still got the same result(0 nodes).
Is there any work around for this issue?

The requirements listed for the current release has now been updated to specify the 3.0.0 (experimental) version of the BEL Framework. Was the BEL Framework version responsible for this issue?
I am not sure whether the Bel framework version was responsible or not. I guess not because of the following reason.
I have tried compiling Bel script in both the versions (2.0 and 3.0 ) and with both of the results I tried on cytoscape 3.0. Here I am able to see the kam's but not able to search for nodes or find them. It shows 0 results when I search. This happened for the kams created from both version of Bel framework.
