Does the weather influence the punctuality of trams and busses?

It would be interesting to estimate a model that assesses the influence of weather (rain, temperature, ...) on the delay of trams and busses in Zurich. One might have to adjust for time of day and weekday (rushhour).

To address this question we would need weather information from the city of Zurich.
