作者您好：
我想用DCNv4来替代传统卷积，但是DCNv4_op/DCNv4/modules/dcnv4.py中的DCNv4中一些参数含义并没有相关注释。
offset_scale=1.0,
dw_kernel_size=None,
remove_center=False,
output_bias=True,
without_pointwise=False,
可以麻烦作者解释一下吗？
比如当我的stride设置为2的时候，offset_scale需不需要设置为0.5？其他参数可以一直保持默认值，还是需要进行修改?
