dialectpack for modern Tibetan

We have created a custom dictionary for modern Tibetan called modern-botok. To make it more comfortable to install it on new machines or use it in applications that depend on a tokenizer for modern Tibetan it would be great if it could be included in the repo for dialect packs.
As of now we were using rather generic names, please let me know if these need to be changed to more specific names, e.g. tsikchen.tsv --> moderndict.tsv.
