Simulation value is set always to "No" #1

Regardless of the settings in the tutorial settings, the simulation value is always set to "No".

The values ‘No’ or ‘Yes’ can be selected for ‘Simulation’ => ‘Yes’ becomes ‘sim’ = ‘1’ in the json file.
This results in the Open Roberta Lab:
