the same options added in MycroftAI/mycroft-core#3020 should be ported to this plugin

The Following Options are available to Set via the Mycroft Config:

* Amplitude

* Gap

* Capital

* Pitch

* Speed
  (for more Information see `espeak --help`

Example Config:
