Could we please inform this color scheme about other formats? E.g., Markdown file headers appear as very dark blue on a dark background (almost invisible).

As a workaround, I'm currently disabling inheritance for First, Second, Third, ... Markdown headers.

Hi,

IIRC Markdown plugin carries its own color file and is not optimal on dark-themed schemes.
My WebStorm/PhpStorm are buggy right now so I can't check, but if you want to modify it in theme settings and export the .jar/.xml and create a pull request, you're welcome to do so.
