Ability to ban specific cards

It would be very helpful in being able to ban specific cards.
Especially with the introduction of the new ranked reward system (specifically this one):

"Each "starter card" used in a ranked battle win will REDUCE the reward shares earned, with 100% starter cards = 0 reward shares"

We already have the option to ban all starter cards, but some are still good and you want to use them no mater the downside regarding reward shares.
