Replacing all carbon sources with EX_co2_m results in small growth for both organisms. Rhodo should not be considered growing in this case...

Compartment Growth Rate
Rhodosporidium 0.000017
Synechococcus 0.091490

However, when greatly increasing the amount of co2 in the medium from 1.76 to 100 arbitrarily, we do see positive growth.

Compartment Growth Rate
Rhodosporidium 0.306351
Synechococcus 2.000000

With sucrose exchange between the 2 organisms

compartment
Rhodosporidium -2.039566
Synechococcus 2.039566
medium NaN
Name: EX_sucr_e, dtype: float64
