Using current language implementation is not relevant for this project.

Name on piwigo.org = plugin Piwigo Remote Sync

Be inspired from Fotorama:

Name on piwigo.org = plugin Fotorama
Name on github.com : Piwigo-fotorama

The project is still at the beginning (13 commits) => renaming is still possible without much perturbation.
