Investigate increasing the precached weapons limit of 255 to a higher number

currently the game can only precache 255 weapons at once.
going over the limit crashes to menu.

with mod auto download becoming available i think it would be a good thing to have this limit increased if possible since basically anything in your loadout is a weapon.
each weapon, grenade, ability, titan offensive, defensive, tactical, core, weapon counts as a weapon. currently we have enough space to add about 110 weapons (didnt quite count but thats my rought estimate)
