We need to be able to federate GeoNodes - making it so they can see each other - in such a way that it's easy for a user to understand what's on one GeoNode or another. The next step for the user would be the ability to copy across the maps, layers, SLD, and data. The implicit assumption is that these GeoNodes are from the organization and therefore syncing between PostGIS and GeoGit repos would be permissible.

We'll need to break down several user stories out of this. The first would be GeoGit data. The next would be getting the SLD and maps associated with those layers.

I have previous work for this in my anzsm branches (long out of date, but can be ported in to 2.0). @ScottEvil this is not a requirement for OD1 correct?
