All rights reserved
Latest revision: 19 March 2020
The law of the Netherlands applies to this license. Any disputes arising from this license shall be settled in a Dutch court of law.
This license applies to all contents of the TextTemplatingCore repository (https://github.com/RdJNL/TextTemplatingCore) and to all contents
of all forks of the TextTemplatingCore repository. This includes, but is not limited to, any archives of (part of) the contents provided on
the Releases and/or Tags pages of the repository and/or the Releases and/or Tags pages of forks of the repository.
1) The ownership and copyright of all contents of the repository belong to RdJNL (https://github.com/RdJNL).
2) The contents of the repository, or parts of the contents of the repository, or any derivatives of (parts of) the contents of the
repository, may not be distributed in any way, form or shape. This includes, but is not limited to, assemblies compiled from the code in
the repository.
3) The repository may be forked on GitHub subject to the following conditions:
3.1) This license will apply to all contents of all forks of the repository.
3.2) This license will remain unaltered in all forks of the repository. This includes, but is not limited to, the file name and location of
this license within each fork of the repository.
4) Contributions to the repository will be made subject to the following conditions:
4.1) The contributor (the person/entity that submits the contribution to the repository) transfers all ownership and copyright of the
contributed contents to the copyright holder of the repository (RdJNL).
4.2) The copyright holder of the repository grants the contributor a world-wide, non-exclusive, royalty-free and perpetual right to use,
copy, modify, communicate and make available to the public (including without limitation via the internet) and distribute, in each
case in an original or modified form, the contributed contents as they wish.
4.3) For patent claims including, without limitation, method, process, and apparatus claims which the contributor owns, controls or has the
right to grant, now or in the future, the contributor grants to the copyright holder of the repository a perpetual, worldwide,
non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, irrevocable patent license, with the right to sublicense these rights to multiple tiers of
sublicensees, to make, have made, use, sell, offer for sale, import and otherwise transfer the contributed contents and the
contributed contents in combination with any other contents of the repository (and portions of such combination).
4.4) The contributor confirms that:
4.4.1) The contributor has the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
4.4.2) The contributor owns the copyright and patent claims covering the contributed contents which are required to grant the rights under
sections 4.1 and 4.3.
4.4.3) The grant of rights under sections 4.1 and 4.3 does not violate any grant of rights which the contributor has made to third parties,
including the contributor’s employer. If the contributor is an employee, they have had their employer approve this agreement. If the
contributor is less than eighteen years old, they have had their parents or guardian approve this agreement.
4.5) Any copyright and/or patent claims regarding (part of) the contributed contents are the sole responsibility of the contributor and will
therefore be settled between the claimant and the contributor.
5) The software and/or source code in the repository is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but
not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. In no event shall the authors or
copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising
from, out of or in connection with the software and/or source code or the use or other dealings in the software and/or source code.
