Add avatar and small mini-profiles when hovering a player, car or track

(This is a suggestion)

Self-explanatory, add a tiny profile when hovering over certain things like players, cars or tracks, sorta how like it does on Steam when hovering the mouse over an user.
Could display basic info like country, win rate, sessions played, etc.

I've made some progress towards this over at b5d6751 & 3da24d4 .

I'll try to get the hover effects working soon.
