Hello, is there any way to create commands or customise messages?

about my request, I would also like to ask (if possible), that there is a statistic for each RTMP signal and that in the twitch command, it is pointed out which is the one of each biltrate. Example:
!biltrate - Current bitrate RTMP KEY 2800kbps 🟢
