This sends a MIDI signal. Any software that supports MIDI can be used.
I have confirmed that GarageBand and EZdrummer2 can be used.

I just found this project today. Being a long-time e-drummer and open source enthusiast, I'm gonna try to build this some time and put more efforts into building an open-source LV2 drum sampler/synth! Drumgizmo works, but the sample libraries are huuuge and not easy to modify on the fly.
Also, what do you think about improving on the USB-MIDI part and making it customizable through SysEx commands?
