At some point APM might offer an option to copy a tenant (e.g. from production to production_copy or from AWS subaccount to Azure subaccount) an swap a tenant (from APM siot to APM eiot). In both cases SAC dashboards would be good to retain so they do not have to be manually rebuilt.
