FEATURE - EXT - Ability to add a filter

As a user,
I want to add or save filter,
so that I can reuse when I'm searching for content

Description

SBAS users see predefined filters based on the dev space.

Users should also have the ability to so that filter that they can re use it.

When a user applies a filter using the product or component filters they will have an option to save it.
The saved filter will display on the home page showing the products and components that will be applied.
When a user clicks on the saved filter only the guided answers associated to those product and components will be shown.

Is there a maximum amount of filters allowed??
Should generated filters be distinguished from personal filters? e.g. using an icon.
Should there be a confirmation on delete?

What modules need to be created or enhanced?
How would the functionality be exposed and how can it be consumed?

1. Users can add a filter
2. Users open a filter
3. Users can see saved filters on home page
