Replace "Section/section" with "Clause/clause" #3

Throughout the document, replace mentions of "Section" or "section" with "Clause" or "clause" as follows:

If a preceding a clause number, then use "Clause". Examples:
"...color components are uses per Clause 4.1"
"See Clause 5.7.2"

If a number is not involved then use "clause".
Example:
"...as specified in this clause."
