Presidium docs contain incorrect URLs for Template repos

The current Presidium docs contain incorrect links to the Presidium template repos in GitHub. The three template URLs include a release level of “v2” instead of the correct qualifier of “v2.0.0". This results in a 404 for each URL.

For example, the current URL for the Onboarding Template is:

• https://github.com/SPANDigital/presidium/tree/release/v2/templates/onboarding

Browsing the Presidium tree in GitHub, there is a very similar URL, which seems to be the correct one to use in the docs:
