I wonder if you would consider an addition to functionality. Could this add the 
ability to monitor a folder, when that folder has a new addition, wait a 
specified time so the file copy completes, then take the contents ot the 
monitored folder and move, create and upload a torrent?
rtorrent and sabnzbd are being used.
