Description

IME Issue #184 results into changes for IME, SDK and Webservice.

In the SDK, error messages from HTTP response's body should be added to the displayed error text in IME. It already did this for WRITE requests, but should also do this for READ requests.

This will require an update to 10-25 annex C.2 and has been discussed many times with ESA. so, this requires input from more parties and a good internal discussion on the what and the how
