In the TEST+DEMO SEED, the AI Computing CO has application Mail services connected. Mail services has an application group service_group_mail_name but this group is not available in the groups section of the CO.
Only after removing and re-adding Mail services, the group service_group_mail_name is available and provisioned with all users.
