What do you want to see added to the extension?

Setting for paths or glob patterns for exclude from file watching by sourcepawn-lsp, like files.watcherExclude in vs code

How would it help you?

I didn't have have 2k errors in global workspace with .sp, .inc files that aren't exactly SourcePawn
And skip history files, which saves in the writing process and always with errors
