Getting error while downloading stream

Hi, Thanks for this tool !!!

When I tried running the command after replacing it with manifest url :
cloudflare-stream-downloader <HLS_MANIFEST_URL>

I am getting following error :

v Download video and segments
2024/09/19 16:53:48 there was a problem retrieving master playlist: Can't detect playlist type

Hi, Never Mind, The signature for the URL was expired, so I was getting 401 unauthorized.

Now I am seeing another issue, when its trying to concatenate the files :

Its trying to find the cat command, but I am on windows.
Please let me know if I am missing something.

@kevlarken - I don't believe cat is available on windows. Maybe try WSL? This tool is originally meant for Mac/Linux
