How to reach excluded table on ON CONFLICT to use CASE purpose

I'm trying to write this sql query on sea-query.

INSERT INTO test (id, test, test2) VALUES (1, 0, 3)
    ON CONFLICT (id) DO UPDATE SET
        test = CASE WHEN excluded.test > test.test THEN excluded.test ELSE test.test END,
        test2 = excluded.test2;

I guess that i can reach that via

Test.insert(activemodel)
	.on_conflict(
		OnConflict::column(TestColumn::Id)
			.value(
				TestColumn::Test,
				Expr::case(
					/* excluded.test */.gt(Expr::col(TestColumn::Test2)),
					// excluded.test
				).finally(					
					TestColumn::Test2
				)
			)
			.update_columns([
				TestColumn::Test2
			])
	)

But, still don't know how to write excluded table with sea-query for this situation. How can I solve this with?
