I just started to use AvG. I have a rather large DIA dataset ("only" six samples, but ~2500 proteins). When I try to generate the SQL database (I tested both options, directly from Skyline project and from .csv file) the R script allways stops with the an error saying that it can not allocate a vector bigger than 1.5 Gb. I guess this happens when the number of proteins/ transitions is to large? Is there any chance to get this step to run?
Best regards,
Juergen
