The problem previously found on Teensys (cf. #47 #48) has resurrected on Arduino Uno R4. We should either add it to the PLAQUETTE_USE_SINGLETON macro or find a more permanent solution.

It looks like the cause of the original issue had not been correctly addressed. See commit f5bf78c

It should work if we are properly using singletons, especially in constructors.
