Artificer Artillerist Cannon Failure

This just started happening recently. But when my artilierist summons the tiny version of the eldritch cannon it just burns the ability slot and nothing happens it use to work fine about a week ago.

How am I supposed to help? No save? No logs?

My apologies... didn't mean to offend. I'm new to this. Didn't realize a save would be needed since it happens on ALL my saves.

No ofense at all but given each game is unique, there are zillions of possibilities with a mod that has 300+ settings, nothing I can do without your save and settings.
