it looks like the app requires billing permission, without any actual reason?

Isn't it there so that users can donate money to the developers? Atleast that's what I am assuming, but I'm not a developer, nor affiliated with the project.
It would be really nice if the developers put a link for donations on their website. Heriswap is such a nice game; it would be a shame not to be able to support the SoupeauCaillou developer team. :)
