fpng -r [region] create 1000urls.txt

botocore.errorfactory.TooManyRequestsException: An error occurred (TooManyRequestsException) when calling the CreateDeployment operation (reached max retries: 4): Too Many Requests

am i missing out something ? or am i supposed to create a lambda function for this ?

How many times are running this? The error message indicates you are calling the API too many times and getting throttled.
