Hello, I'm using stereo-seq with lower bin size, and so I've got a few ten thousands of pixels, when I try to run spatialdm_local it tells me my memory is not enough. I want to ask if I can reduce the n_permutation to save memory? What would be an ok level of n_perm if I don't set it to 1000? How would that affect my result? Also, if there any other ways to get around this memory limit...?
Thank you!

Thanks Joy for raising the issue. @jackywangtj66 is working on more tutorials with the z-score and API functions for both the spatial weight matrix and Moran's R. Please keep tuned.
