How do I manipulate the Stellarium screen? The cursor does not appear, How can I change the time, etc., or even exit?

From our issue reporting questionnaire:

Also look into the wiki https://github.com/Stellarium/stellarium/wiki/Common-Problems-for-the-current-version
and FAQ https://github.com/Stellarium/stellarium/wiki/FAQ
and check if you are attempting to report a known issue. Don't report in this case.

I wonder: How does one report an issue and does not see the Issue questionaire?

Thanks gzotti!
i found:
"Use ANGLE mode when you need mouse trails or f.lux. 2) Make sure to switch off mouse trails to avoid this problem."
but I don't understand it. What is ANGLE MODE and what are "mouse trails" and howdo I access them and manipulate them?
