Describe your suggestion

There should be an addon manager as part of the global menu, that handles workshop addons.
It should let the user remove addons, view their workshop web page, and vote up or down on each one. It needs a search bar.

This issue should be expanded with more information and a checklist once the workshop system is in place.

Expected result

The addon manager works as described.
