About how to use the toolbox in Matlab

I have no idea how to use the program.Is there some examples for practicing？I want to establish a model in order to achieve topology optimization and lightweight,which have fatigue constrained and buckle constrained.Therefore,could you tell me how to use the toolbox address my question?If you lend a hand I will appreciate that !
